Your Role in the team 

As a Project Engineer, you will lead the technical coordination of offshore wind projects, ensuring solutions align with client requirements, timelines, and budgets. You’ll play a central role in integrating client needs with project team efforts, fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate technical project elements to meet client expectations in a timely, budget-friendly manner. 
  • Drive innovation for cost-effective, durable offshore solutions. 
  • Manage interfaces with clients and internal teams. 
  • Organise workflow, streamline project processes, and prepare concise progress reports. 
  • Take ownership of deliverables and ensure quality compliance. 
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and clients. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore design. 
  • Proficiency in Office365, knowledge of CAD required, FEM tools is a plus. 
  • Dutch-speaking or willing to learn for social integration with colleagues. 
  • Flexible and proactive, with a strong focus on client satisfaction. 

 

Time & location 

  • 0.8 to 1 FTE 
  • At least 4 days a week, Schiedam Office/Hybrid Working options possible
