Project overview

The N05-A project will be a groundbreaking offshore gas production platform, to be situated in the Dutch sector of the North Sea and developed by ONE-Dyas. This platform is set to be fully powered by renewable energy sourced from the nearby Riffgat Offshore Wind Farm. It will be one of the first of its kind in the Dutch sector, significantly reducing the carbon footprint of gas production.

Scope of Enersea

Detailed design and engineering

Enersea has been contracted to provide the detailed design and engineering for the platform's pipeline and riser systems. These designs are critical to ensuring efficient and secure gas transport from the platform.

Environmental Impact

The produced gas will have a 30% lower carbon footprint compared to imported natural gas, contributing to a reduction in CO2 emissions and enhancing domestic energy security.

Project Significance

The W-type has attracted strong interest from offshore wind farm operators due to its smart, modular design and innovative features that improve operational efficiency.

Stage 2+ Project – A15 & B10 Development for Petrogas

Due to its expertise in developing small and economically challenging gas fields, Enersea was awarded the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) directly by Petrogas and the Detailed Design contract through a close cooperation with HSM.
